i checked my account this morning so they had took 49.50 i contacted my bank who told me to contact them they said someone phoned me called carlos and yes this person did regarding saving money on my energy bills nothing about becoming a memeber i demanded my money back they said they were gonna do me for fraud i was very upset so i phoned the ombudsman who told me he cant even see this company having a consumer license and that they say everything is free of charge yet there still allowed to operate and wont give me my money back they took all my money left me with nothing i have to young children and am very distressed over this
