We asked for a MP3 production. We received and signed for acceptance an offer (the indicated price included SISVEL fee and air shipment costs; we specifically asked many times all these warranties by email. Mr Sandy always reassured us that everything was as per our agreements). The agreed departure date of the goods, Mr Sandy informed us to pay other $ 1,2 for each product for SIVEL fee and he informed us that the goods will be delivered by sea. We lost the order, we lost our customer, we lost a lot of money and we are risking a liable for damages of over $ 1,000,000.
