Total scammers preying on elderly people like my folks. Somehow when my mother placed a phone order for a catalog purchase this "service" was offered. They latched on to the credit card number used for the purchase and their credit card was billed monthly for $14.95. Both my parents (in their 80s) didn't realize what the charge was and were just paying their credit card bill monthly. I called and tracked down the charge. They claim my mother was offered this service over the phone and she accepted. I know she had no idea what she was saying yes to and know that she wouldn't have ever agreed to spending almost 15. a month for coupons! Both of them were wheelchair, house bound and I did their shopping for them. Outrageous scam preying on elderly people.
