Similar to other complaints, I answered an ad to trial product for small fee and sent order for $4.95. At the time thinking it was an Australian company as there were no details given about company nor TORs. Order placed 25 October 2013 and product arrived 27 November. I immediately contacted copany as the pump container did not work, appeared to be missing tube, also the product smelt like rotten fish. I was advised that I would not be charged and order cancelled. Then I find my Mastercard had been debited with $98.37. I contacted the company and they said because I did not cancel within the 30 days as per TORS I was not titled to refund. WHen I explained product arrived after a month they said I should have contacted them to ask where product was, but I had no idea how long they take to send an order. Similar experiences have shown it can take up to 2 months. Many emails later and the company refuse to refund my money. They suggest I contact Customer service but I can find no details. A scam indeed.
