I use the app sing and I wanted to earn credits by downloading the app kobo, register and purchase a book. I never got ny 889 credits. Just a constant reply of sorry your email provided does not pull up ur device info even though I had a screen dump of my bank acct showing the app charge and one of my email which they claim does not exist
