I ordered the trial offer which I was under the impression was costing 4.95 euro.I went abroad and by the time I checked my account they had take 460.00 euro from my account. After many emails they have refunded 160.00 euro. and they are now ignoring emails. It is a total scam and I consider it to be theft. At no time was I advised that they were going to take that amount from my account. It was unauthorised. What can I do to get my money back.
