I was unaware that this was a recurring debit and in my communication with these people I made it clear that I did not want this product but they never responded. When the original $69.69 disappeared from my account, I assumed that the problem had been solved. But when I checked my account this morning (1-14-14) I see that it had reappeared. I want my $69.16 accredited back to my account and a complete cancellation. Thank You.
