Bought supplements for 233.97 as of 10/12/13, was not delivered in time as promised, for my depature to Sweden. Called and asked if it was possible to have an extended return policy, they agreed on that. It was ok for my son to bring it to me for his visit as of 11/25/13. Tried the product, did not work for me, so my son brought it back to US. I just called the company to ask for the return address, (was not included in the order confirmation). They needed to look up my account, telling me that they did not have any notes, regarding my call, refused to give me any money back.
They were not very pleasent to speak with?
Kindly if its possible for you to do anything I would be grateful, it is a rather a lot of money, that I feel like I have been cheated on.
