30/12/2013 purchased tickets for the times square new years party. Times Square Party Pass tickets I received seemed totally useless all the venues were extremely over booked out of the 7 we had were unable to enter any business due to extremely long lines. the amount of people waiting to enter exceeded the capacity of the establishment. Our first attempt to enter Bowlmor on 222 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. When we arrived around 18:30 there was a line with about 60 other people waiting for the 19:00 entry time on the tickets. after waiting over 2 hours when we got to the door my wife was pushed inside while my daughter and myself waits outside around 5 minute the security at the door tried to throw my wife outside . I went inside told them she was with me and that I
had her ticket security said he did not like her and she had to leave we could stay but she was going to wait outside longer. I tried to explain things they wanted to talk to the
management he said he was in charge then started rough handling me arguing pushing called for 2 more security guards. No one would help could not talk to anyone in charge, my wife dose not speak or understand
much english. I dont know what happened inside at the time, but it was very apparent
that the amounts of tickets did not match seating capacity and I believe I was sold tickets Knowing that there were not space for everyone who bought tickets.
