Books-a-million has the wrong book description for my novel, which I am selling and which was published through Create Space, and Amazon company.

I have been trying for a week or more to get them to address the issue. They apparently used an overview from some other author's book as part of my book's description, just lifed a paragraph right off another author's cover. I have no idea why they did this, but with repeated emails I cannot get them to even look at the web page where they listed my book.

They gave me another company's name to contact and they were just the same. Nobody is owning the problem but customers are bound to be unhappy when they buy one of my books and the description does not match the contents.
