I arranged for a payment to be deducted from my account in the amount of $96.44. I was charged for that payment and the entire balance I owed BEFORE that payment, $571.44. This caused my account to go into overdraft and now I have no access to funds until Tuesday because of the holiday on Monday.

When I called Customer Service, I only got a busy signal for hours. I called through the collections department and they connected me to someone who didn't seem to understand the urgency of my issue and didn't really seem to care or know much about what had happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were too "busy" and then waited on hold as long as I could but had to hang up so I could go to work. I still haven't received any formal communication from them with any sort of resolution in this matter.
