Am continuously getting this on my statements as monies pending

So far, I am unsure if I have had monies taken out as I am overseas and will investigate upon return. I am tired of getting these on my statements. I signed up for a free trial and received nothing from them. But am continuously getting payment pending on my account from bellaplex. I only hope I have not been ripped off by this company.
