I was contacted by Data Register Pte Ltd (company reg no: 201327463M) sometime in Nov 2013 that some of my company's particulars need to be updated. Their logo bears the singapore lion logo which easily leads me to think that it is from ACRA. I updated my information and verified it as prompted. I was later bill on 13-01-2014 for an amount of S$490 claiming that I have subscribed to their 'web services' which I have no idea about. I did a quick search and realized this company was set up with only S$1 in Oct 2013. This company is a scam and should be felt with. I will make a police report.
