We are victim of the case too. There goes the same for us, received email from Company Register Pte Ltd to verify our email in Nov 2013. Today we received their Tax Invoice S$490 which did not mentioned earlier when ask us to verify our email.
I drop them email and they said in order to cancel the annual fee is $490 (with GST) and stated in the Terms of Use.
This is what they said "We can terminate your account if you wish, in this case the account will be deleted on 31/12/2014 at the least, and you can avoid the 2015 annual fee".
