After placing my order, I received an Order Confirmation by email followed by a second email the next day confirming payment received. My credit card was indeed charged the agreed amount of $81.10. When the order did not arrive by the expected time, I Googled the company and found complaints matching my experience. I contested the charge with my credit card company and they kindly reversed the charge pending my documentation of the order. About a week after this, I received a third email from Vitamin.mx stating that my order had been canceled. There was no explanation or statement about crediting the amount paid or action by my card company. Gladly, there has been no further activity on my credit card by this fraudulent company or any related. I will continue to monitor closely.
