scammed using self assessment website. Thought I was on official HMRC website and that I was paying money on account against my tax bill. Tried to cancel straight away, but they have unreasonable cancellation clauses.
Spent 40 minutes on phone to talk to somebody after sending 3 emails. Was told that they would not under any circumstances refund any money.
