Received an invoice to settle "Subscription fee for 2013" for a subscription that started on 11-15-2013, 12:49pm. We have never dealt with this company prior to receiving their tax invoice so we did a check online and realised there were many complains on this particular company pertaining to the invoice they received. Clearly dubious.
Everything looks legitimate from their website to their invoice. There was even a header note and disclaimer on their website stating that they have no relation with any of the local government agency. But what was their intention for sending an invoice for a service they did not render?
We did not make any payment of course and we hope that anyone else who receive such invoice to check beforehand. Possibly bring this company down if they are indeed defrauder.

- I think we must inform MOM and ICA and CAD. The director is Hungarian, the shareholder is Slovakia, I think they do not have any valid work pass to work in Singapore. Hopefully ICA can cancel their VISA.
