- i have done the same thing i had a number sent out with my trial pills wich only came today a week after my trail ended i phoned and have cancled it uk 0808 189 0369, and best bet would be if you goto your bank and say u have lost your bank card that will also stop payments, ul get your new card within three working days and doesnt affect any direct debts,
