Loantoloan called me after applying for a loan and paying an agent to get me a loan which I didn't even realise they had taken money out my account. Then they said because I haven't got good credit I have to pay 1st £170 then £330 tax payment then 3 payments upfront then £500 because they couldn't pay money in half ie £5500 it had to be a round figure then they said they couldn't pay the digital payment and that they needed another £500 to do a bank to bank payment. After having numerous arguments with them they refused to pay back the money the only way I could receive the loan was to pay what they asked. Since the last payment I was told they would contact me in 10 minutes haven't heard from them since. Got the bank details phone numbers and can get the calls recordings. Is their anyway to get any of our money back as now don't even have enough to survive. How can people do this especially as I payed an agent to help get this loan. There has to be some way to get this sorted if anyone knows anything please let me know on (Personal Information Removed).
