I NOTICED A SMALL CHARGE OF 19.65 ON MASTER/CARD BILL SO I CALLED. NO ANSWER. THEN I CALLED BANK OF AMERICA, THE REP WAS SO GOOD SHE CALLED 3 WAY AND HAD CHARGE REMOVED AND CREDITED.
LEANISP STATED I HAD CALLED A MD FOR ANSWER AND GOT IT ON MY EMAIL. SHE HAD ALL MY INFORMATION, EMAIL. CREDIT CARD , OLD NAME PRIOR TO MARRIAGE AND THIS IS UPSETING TO ME.
