I paid for my gold, I never received it and I asked for a refund. They said they can't refund me unless I pay AGAIN?!?!? using another method, then they will gve me my goods... and my refund... the payment method asked me to take a photo of both sides of my debit card, and photo id. I said no, and they stopped the chat and will not refund me.
