I ordered this product after seeing it advertised on TV. The product arrived a few days ago and I got billed for the full price before the product arrived. I called them and they said the trial time started the day the order was placed not the day it arrived. They said the cost would be just the shipping for 14 day trial. When I called they informed me that the conditions ( trial date start time) were made clear. Nothing was said to me about when the trial started when I [placed the order over the phone and there was nothing in the package but the bottle of product when it arrived.
