(876)473-1286 and (912)376-7842 both working together. Said they were with Citi Bank come to find out it is really spelled City Bank. Had me get a moneypak to send them 275.00 and they would loan me 3,000 and my payments would be 275.00 a month for a year. Since I had no credit history I needed to show I had 275.00. Which I did and gave them the pen number off the back of the moneypak. They took my 275.00. Kroger charged me 4.95 to get the moneypak and when I called them back to complain this David Smith said it was not him and he would make sure he got my money back to me. I told him the only thing he could do was to send it Western Union in my name. Which of course he has not done.
