IOn Dec 30, 2013 I ordered the combo Trial Samples (2) of Belle complex and Hydriance Face Cream. My visa was charged for a total of $10. 14. On January 13th, 2014, which is the 14th day,I telephoned to report the samples had not been received. I was told that a further shipment of the cream was to be sent and charged to my visa, in the amount of $89.00.
She said that after 14 days, if they do not receive word that no more 'shipments of the cream' are wanted, they will automatically charge. I called my visa bank and explained the situation, and put a block against any further charges made by them to the account.
On January 23, the samples have still not arrive. They refuse to credit my account for the trial cream that has not arrived and the tracking number for the shipment, that I asked for, is not valid in USPS tracking.
