j'ai répondu à une offre gratuite, juste le prix de l'envoi postal, quelque chose comme 4€ en échange de produits miracle pour maigrir.
je les ai reçu, c'était bien sûr une arnaque mais depuis chaque mois ils me prélèvent des sommes variant entre 10 et 29 € et m'envoie aussi aléatoirement puisque je les refuse systématiquement des boites de gélules inutiles.
comment les faire cesser? pas de réponse à un courrier postal? pas de mail, pas de téléphone.
