I applied for a apartment in los angeles I was refered to wecosign to cosign for me because I had bad credit. I paid wecosign $1200. The apartment I applied for took too long to approve me so I told them to withdrawl my application I was no longer interested in the apartment. I contacted wecosign to get a refund they insured me that they would put my check in the mail. I got the run around from wecosign for 2 months and they kept lying to me about sending the money. I filed a small claims but wecosign filed bankrupcy.
