I saw this offer on the news for Ellen Degeneres. So I ordered the sample on 12/20/2013 and paid the $4.95 for shipping. On January 2nd I started trying to call to cancel. Every time I call I get put on hold and then disconnected. In the meantime they charged my account $84.87 and sent out more products. I have called every business day since and still have not reached a representative! I e-mailed them - [email protected] and have not received a reply. I have contacted my bank and put a permanent stop payment. THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF!!
