I participated in an online survey which offered free product samples once complete. I entered my credit card details to pay for shipping costs and thought that was it. Imagine my horror at finding out that I've had 2 unauthorized separate payments taken out of my account by this Dermagenix company.

I never agreed to these payments and I believe that this company has done the wrong thing by me 100%. Not only have they stolen my money without my consent? The product they sent to me is utter crap. My skin has never been this bad my whole life. After using their product for 8 wks I'm disgusted and VERY disappointed that not only does there product not perform as marketed the company has ripped me off $173.31AU.
As a single mother who does it hard & goes without so I can give my son a private education. I certainly can not afford to waste $173.31 on beauty items for myself. I'm very very angry that I've been ripped off by this company. The items arrived in a plain brown unmarked postal bag with no information or details of the company who sent me the items. No receipt. no invoice NOTHING!
Can you please help me recover my money? and help other consumers from buying from these scammers?
