I purchase a bottle of Health choice Garcinia Camogia for 4.95 on 1/12/14 and yesterday there was a charge for $148.00 taken out of my checking account and it says "recurring". I contacted the company and they said that they can't refund the amount. I then said even if i send back the unopened bottles. She then said that they would refund the amount minus 15$ for restocking fee in two to three weeks. Then I went to their website to see how i possibly missed this charge as my confirmation receipt reflects $4.95. in their shady terms and conditions there is more details however, mentions nothing about recurring charges that my account reflects.
