I had ordered esurance in November of 2013 for 2 cars. Lincoln town car and a Honda crv. On December 10th I had switched cars with my mother in law and went on the Esurance site to edit the 1 car(honda crv) to (honda oddysey). There were 2 different areas for the edit of the vehicles so pressing on the one next to the Honda CRV, I thought that was what I was editing. I'm so upset that it messed up my whole insurance. The site is NOT user friendly and NOT clear. I called them and they kept transferring me all over the place just to finally tell me they cant help me anymore. I'm truly disappointed in the service I got. When I explained the situation and all i wanted was for them to leave it the way it was except change the 1 car that I truly wanted to edit. They would not help me change it back. I also tried to call allstate since they said esurance of allstate. NOBODY would help me. It's not like i didnt want to pay. I even told them i wanted to pay the difference for it to be back to normal. I've seen their scams on a article on 20/20. I'm so upset that I got scammed in their dirty business. I've been scammed on months of insurance. I DON'T want MONEY, I want my insurance from December and on.
