Like others, I was under the impression I was getting a free sample. What they have hidden in the information is the fact that it is a try before you buy. I did this in combination with a second product which did arrive (the Vita Cleanse has not arrived.) But this was the flag that showed me I now had an account with them. I cancelled the account, but not befor they billed me for the product. I have been told I will be able to get a refund upon return of the item, but am not convinced yet. These folks are shysters in the classic definition. I feel sorry for the people who have to take the calls from the irrate customers.
