Purchased Equinox and RTVL thinking this was one product. Did not realize that this was 2 separate 100.00 charges for the 2 products.Packages returned as directed by customer service (factory sealed and to 2 separate addresses. FORTUNATELY I SENT THESE WITH TRACKING!!!!) The packages were recieved by Sheridan on 1/09/2014. After several phone calls ,and requests to call back later because their computers were down, I finally got through to "Charlie Jason" who informed me that he was "able to locate my packages and that they had been approved for return credit" less a $20.00 per product restocking fee. I told him NO WHERE on the web site did it mention a 20% restocking fee. He argued with me , telling me he would send me an email copy of the agreement and after confirming my email and putting me on hold nearly 10 mins has still never been recieved by me. He also told me part of the restocking fee was to pay for postage--- which I paid for --NOT Sheridan labs. To date , have recieved $79.00. What a great idea! Put an inferior cream in 2 separate packages and charge a 20% restocking fee when they are returned by the customer. You pay for shipping , so no matter what they collect $40.00 per person EVEN IF NO ONE KEEPS THEIR PRODUCT!!!!! THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ONLY INFERIOR, YOU ARE SET UP FROM THE BEGINNING, 2 PACKAGES FROM 2 SEPARATE ADDRESSES APPEARING AS ONE PRODUCT FOR $99.00 AND ACTUALLY COSTING YOU $210.00 AND CHARGING YOU 20% IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS LIE TO YOU, SEND YOU ON GOOSE CHASES, LEAVE YOU ON HOLD. AND THIS IS ANOTHER AMERICAN COMPANY OUTSOURCING THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY( PROBABLY THE MANUFACTURING AS WELL) AND RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC TO MAKE PERHAPS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WITHOUT EVER PROVIDING YOU ANY PRODUCT WHAT SO EVER!!! BEWARE!!!! BBB suit has been filed, but this company has no BBB affliation due to the amount of complaints and unresolved complaints from consumers.
