I wanted to get 1 month supply and was under the understanding that it's $5.99 for the product.
The product was delivered to a different apartment so I called the company to ask where is it, they said it shows as delivered and then I learned it's a $109.98 monthly charge - so I asked them to cancel.
Since than my brother received 3 more packages to his residence and I found out that I was charged for all of them.
I called an only got a refund for 2 out of the 4 charges.
They are not willing to return the $219.96.
