I ordered this product for free only shipping at $4.95. I ordered it on New Year's Day when I was out of town and didn't get back until January 6th! I used the product for 4 days and then I just found out I was charged 97.28 for renewal which I didn't authorize! I waited on hold forever and talked to Hunter about getting a credit to no avail. He maybe said a 50% discount and I said I want all my money back! A total rip off and false advertising! When u receive your FREE trial there are no instructions let alone paper work how to return or cancel or warning they are gonna to screw you over! They made sure and deducted my account within 12 days! Being in customer business myself seems very unethical and the word needs to be spread! Not worth it! I will keep my wrinkles
