It's not the amount I'm complaining about, its the principle! I purchased an item from The Jewellery Channel (TJC) and noticed that they had charged me too much postage (£4.95). I queried this with them by email and they advised that they charged more for heavier / bulkier items (the pendant I purchased wasn't bulky or heavy!).
However, when I went online, I noticed that the same pendant was available to purchase with the postage being (£2.95). I have queried this with them several times, and they are refusing to accept that they are in the wrong. How can the postage change by £2.00, just because you're ordering it over the phone rather than online?
