We joined the club and paid total $3000. with no additional fees. We now have a bill from SUMDAY Vacations for another $500. to $1000. To be paid to take one of our timeshares and sell it as part of a trade.
Cost U Less is not a real travel agency. They are scammers. We bought a cruise with transfers, flights and daily service fees. CUL did get the cabin number right, but then they wanted more money to get us on the same flight, they never did get seat selection assigned, so we had to pay an additional fee for seat assignment for the 5 hour leg.
We insisted on a faxed statement of total cost before we would authorize a credit card, and we kept it for receipt. When we got the charges they were $344 over. CUL said there was nothing they could about the OVERCHARGE. We turned it in to the credit card company and it was discharged from our bill.
CUL also wanted another credit card, saying our credit card was 'not working, I keep getting an error'
I refused to give them another card number and I called Princess Cruises, they said our card went through perfectly AND we could both fly on the same jet, but CUL had not yet paid the service fees.
We have a cruise and a flight still planned for over 60 days and have not heard from them. The 1300 Harbor Steps, Seattle location is abandoned with a huge pile of mail on the floor inside the glass door.
