Complaint 303922 Details

Ordered YSL Yvresse EDT 125mls 9 December 2013. After many e-mails and numerous telephone calls to them delivery made 24 January 2014. They delivered YSL Parisienne 90mls. No receipt and no return address was included in the package. After e-mailing them was told to take photo of the product they had sent and e-mail this to them. I did this then received another e-mail from them saying I had to fill out a complaints prodcedure form which was not a complaints procedure form but seemed to be an employment issue form. I did this and e-mailed them saying that I was seeking legal advice and also asking my credit card provider to conduct an investigation. I received an e-mail today giving an address DIDC2 - Bay B Dirft South - Celtic Way -Daventry NN6 7GW to send the product back to them. One does not know what company name to put on the address. There is something very strange and not right about this company and would advise people NOT to order through them.
