I bough their software before christmas and contacted them several times asking why my software had not been received. Some on their (now deleted) videos said they were not sending it until the 1st even though they had told everyone 48 hours from purchase date. I still didn't receive it on that date and continued to email them with no response. I finally filed a refund complaint with paypal and only then did they contact me (almost two weeks after initial purchase) to claim they did in fact send my software. I sent screen shots of my email inbox and they are again ignoring me.
