I applied for a free sample and was asked for my name, email address and credit card number. I was surprised to see a full size "sample" of Lift Serum pro arrive on 31/12/13 (£84.71) and two weeks after the 'free' sample (89.66) came and I was billed for a total of 174.37.
I tried to ring them, no answer and it was long distance to Southend!!
I rang my bank and they told me I had been scammed and to write to Retail Dispute, Customer Services, P.O. Box 5747, South-end-on-Sea, SS1 9AJ. They very kindly waived aside one of the payments taken from my credit card.
I am still short of £89.66 and need to get in touch with the afore-mentioned address.
