I purchased a pair of Frye Melissa Trapunto boots from this website for $177. It has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered and no shipping info is available - when I log into thier website it just says my order is "proccessing". I have emailed them four times with no response. I have made a claim with paypal. I cant afford to lose almost two hundred dollars that I need badly for warm boots.
