I agree with all the other complaints, same thing happened to me. I purchased the samples on jan 2nd they didnt bill me untill the 12th and didnt recieve my product on jan18th and jan21st in 2 shipments by then the 14 day trial was over. they didnt care just offered to refund half the money. This is a big scam....
