Very similar complaint to the above individual. Was online shopping on Menards web and a pop up claiming I could take a "customer satisfaction survey", then as a thank you, a no cost watch for only the shipping of $5.99. Exactly two weeks later, charged an additional $95, then when you call to complain they claim it is a "trial" purchase of 14 days. Of course, you don't know that info until the 15th day! They then refer you to a smoke screen website that makes all look legitimate, but the obvious original intention on the pop up is to deceive. This scam is reported on several other sites, but just now showing up on this one apparently. Trying to get my money back at the present time.
