This is a total scam. They try to dupe you into giving your credit card number before they tell you anything. Hard to believe people fall for this, but even harder to believe this is legal in this country and the authorities havent gone after this group. We have laws against everything under the sun in this country but scammers like this can make money with this practice? Despicable people, How do they sleep at night?
