I went on this website in August of 2013 to look for some information about ancestors. The "7 Day Free Trial" required credit card information. So, I entered in my card info and used the site for literally 30 minutes and decided that it was useless. I decided to cancel the membership. NO WHERE ON THAT WEBSITE DID THEY STATE THAT THEY WOULD MAKE RECURRING CHARGES TO MY CARD EVERY MONTH. I did not notice those charges of 7.95 on my card each month until January of 2014. They have no contact phone number and they do not answer back emails. This website is a complete scam. They take your credit card information and will charge it every month until you notice. I can't reach them AT ALL. So from August til now, they took a total of $47.70 from me. I regret not noticing any sooner. $7.95 a month really does add up...... I cannot wait for the day the scumbag that created this website gets caught and put in jail..
