I ordered what was described as a free trial of 2 skin care product for the price of postage. the deal was to try the product for 30 days and if I didn't cancel they would continue to send the product every month. The product arrived and I tried them but not impressed to the tune of £184 so tried to cancel. then found that they have taken the money out of my bank already on 4th Feb (originals ordered on 19th Jan). when I rang them and asked for my money back I was told that I agreed to terms in the acceptance phase that were contradictory to the front page offer. obviously some very clever wording to draw you in. I have had to report them to my bank who have put a stop request on the payments and I've also had to cancel my debit card. I hope no-one else gets caught out.
