I ordered Live Skinny Garcinia Cambogia weight loss product from this company. I felt it was ineffective and requested a refund. First, they told me that I had missed the return date because their re-order date (which I would be responsible for)began in the middle of the night before I called them. After considerable argument, they agreed to refund the amount that, had by that time, been charged to my credit card. I called again after the credit did not show up on my card.That day they said the refund was posted on Oct. 26, but the agency handling their payouts was backlogged, and it would happen soon. It did not. I contacted them again, and the girl supposedly checked with the boos while I was on the phone, and she said they had then agreed to post the return in house that day. It didn't happen. Now every call either on the 208 336-1127 return # or the 800 576-3438# only ends with access to their website. I feel this is a scam and wonder if they are still in business! I would like guidance on what to do nest!
