Hello Sir/Madam,

This is G. Sriram Advocate, I had subscribed for the off-line Data entry jobs offered by Online-home jobs.com for my wife. My account details are as mentioned below:

I had paid the subscription amount of $77.00 USD INR Rs. 4,800.00 through my net-banking IDBI Bank and transferred the amount to their account as per the information furnished in their website. Details FYI mentioned below:

They said within 24 - 48 hours the account would get activated. After waiting for 3 days since my account was not activated I sent an e-mail to the customer care department. In response to my mail one of their executives sent a reply

"Dear Gopalakrishnan Sriram,

Thanks for submitting your query at www.online-home-jobs.com. One of our executive will be shortly replying you with relevant answer and help you to sort out the problem."

There was no response from them and as such I sent another mail on 9th January 2014. for that e-mail too I got the same answer as mentioned above.

I sent a mail asking them to refund the subscription amount in case they are not providing the job but to no avail.

Till date they have neither provided the job nor have they refunded the subscription amount. I wanted this to be brought to limelight so that other people at least do not get defrauded and suffer like us.

May we request you to please take up the issue with the appropriate forum and oblige.
