This company charged my credit/debit card for unauthorized charges on 1/15/14 for 4.95, 1.99, 1.99; and most recently 14.97 on 2/7/2014. I received a postcard in the US Mail saying to call and claim a $100 Walmart gift card. My card was charged by 4 or 5 different businesses. I checked with my bank about the$14.97 charge and asked for a phone number, company name, etc. All they gave me was "FS Rewards" and "no other information is available."
