I ordered flowers for same day delivery to send to friends of mine as a special surprise for a special occasion. I was delighted with the discount coupon that was applied to my order and confirmation i received a few short hours after i placed the order confirming delivery. (if it is too good to be true it usually is....)FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED, CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED ME A LIAR, CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED MY FRIENDS AND SAID THEY WERE LIARS AS WELL AND THAT THE FLOWERS INDEED WERE DELIVERED, WHICH THEY WERE NOT! THEY CALLED MY FRIENDS AND TOLD THEM THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED TO A NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND TO GO THERE AND GET HTEM!!!!WHAT????THE NEIGHBORS ARE 2 MILES APART IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD. PLUS-THE ADDRESS IS NOT WHERE THE FLOWERS ARE TO BE DELIVERED TO! WHEN I ASKED FOR A CREDIT I WAS DENIED....I THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERCVICE AGAIN AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT ASSIST ME. WHEN ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR I WAS TOLDI COULD NOT SPEAK TO ONE...I CALLED BACK...I WAS TOLD THE FLORIST WHO DELIVERED TEH FLOWERS WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME...
