I was trying to do a temporary address change on a website that claimed to be for the USPS. After two days of placing my order, I found that there was a 39.95 charge on my bank account odor the service. The USPS only charges 1.00 for an address change! Turns out, it was not the official USPS website but another address change site that was owned by Moving Concierge!! I tried to cancel my order before the charge was official, but I received nothing about my cancellation, and the 39.95 was still charged. I'm trying to get my money back, and I can't! Plus the link they sent me to cancel my order is with another address change company company that isn't them!!!
